About a month ago Dallon came home with a paper all filled out and ready for my signature. It was a sign up sheet for the fourth grade talent show. He had picked out two songs he'd like to perform and entered in all the information about his piano performance all on his own. He was excited to be able to perform for his classmates.
This morning, I woke up to the sound of music... literally! He had gotten up extra early to practice. He was nervous, and I think maybe regretting even signing up in the first place. Today was the big day. Aaron even got the morning off work to attend it with me. Dallon did awesome. We are so proud of him for having the courage to get up in front of his classmates and perform for them. That takes guts! You rock Dallon! (only one of his songs is being posted on the video here - you'll have to silence our music at the bottom to be able to hear it)

Good for him. You're right that takes a lot of courage from those kids.
Good job Dallon! That was soo good!
WOW Dallon! That's amazing!! Spencer LOVED watching the video of you playing!! He said, "Our school has a 4th grade talent show too, and I want to play piano too!!" Just this week he was throwing a fit during our piano practice time, saying that he wished he didn't have to play piano...Thanks for the inspiration, Dallon, and keep up the AWESOME work!!
Way to go Dallon! You ROCKED! Keep it up. Girls love musicians! ;)
Great job Dallon. You have gotten so much better in a year. Wish I could play the piano. I wouldn't have had the nerve to get up there in front of all of those people, so I am really proud of you.
WOW! He is so brave! I love it! Also, I can't believe Easton said "Excuse me!" He is seriously the cutest baby ever...I can't wait till I can hear him talk.
That's fantastic! Keep playing in front of people as much as you can. I don't think it ever REALLY gets easier, but you do develop more confidence each time. I'm proud of you!
That was so great. I am so proud of him to have the courage to play in front of all his classmates. Way to go Dallon.
