What an exciting day we had yesterday! Dawson read a book all by himself for the very first time! I couldn't be more proud. He's had his share of struggles with learning the alphabet sounds. (being in speech since he was 2 years old and all). It hasn't come easy. But, he has worked so hard and has come so far!!! I know he is smart and can do anything he sets his mind to. I'm so excited for him and his personal victory that he had last night. I'm so glad that I could experience it with him and be a part of his life. I love you Dawson!

Way to go Dawson! That is such a huge thing, I can't believe he is in first grade and reading! It feels like yesterday when you brought him up here to see us and he was just this tiny peanut!He is so sweet Jaimie! love you guys
WAHOO!!! I knew he was going to catch on to reading fast! You guys are great parents and he is so smart...it's going to be a great first grade year!
Yeah Dawson!!! I knew that you could do it. And I believe that you are very intelligent. I am so proud of you and I bet that soon no one would ever know that you had a speech problem. Love you lots and lots.
That is awesome Jaimie! He is getting so big, it seriously blows me away. For some reason whenever I think of Dawson I think of when you guys were up here and he just had gotten potty trained. He was running around my moms house in those cute little undies. I love him. I wish you could come out this fall. Fall in Utah always reminds me of you. I miss you.

Great photos, you have a great eye!!! I love looking at your blog. Your boys are so stinkin cute!! oH learning to read, what and exciting time, that is where I really had to practice patience!!! So sweet to watch them grow and learn.
