Thanksgiving

We spent five days in Stephenville for Thanksgiving. Uncle Kirk, Aunt Tammy, Thomas, and my brother Landon also came to stay with our family there. They had traveled from Kentucky and Utah to be there. It was such fun to spend our time with lots of family and I'm so grateful that they all made the trip. We had a nice dinner... Marcie's rolls were amazing as usual. Dad was quite the chef in the kitchen this year and Uncle Kirk and Aunt Tammy made the best fruit salad I've ever had. How did you two get away without sharing that recipe? It was so fun to see my Dad with his brother. I hadn't been around the two of them together for years. Don't they look alike? We had good food, great conversation, and fun playing together. There was lots of basketball, some circus acts on the trampoline, a date to the movie theater to see New Moon, shooting guns on their land, and destruction all over their house by Easton... who they now nicknamed "monster".

Pappy teaching Dallon how to shoot a gun. It had gotten dark really fast that night. Dallon took the last couple shots of the night before we packed it up and headed for the house. He loved it!
