random easton pics

Here are pictures from this last week of Easton taken here in our home. He and Woody are twins in the first pic... taken after bath and just before they went to bed together. Dawson gave him Woody for Christmas and Easton wrapped his arms around Dawson's neck and gave him a huge hug. He was so excited about the gift, it was darling! Second pic, Easton being trained in white chocolate pretzel dipping. He thinks Mommy makes the best chocolate pretzels and he was so proud to make them this time for our family. You should have seen him carrying the tray around and serving everyone when they got home. So cute. Third pic, wearing brothers glasses upside down like he always does. Fourth pic, him in his favorite rain boots. He got them with Christmas money and he loves them so much. And the fifth pic, is him playing with his new Kid Knex toys that he bought with his birthday money from Grandma. He loves them.

And in all the pictures you can see the scabs on his nose and forehead... especially the first pic. He fell down the stairs this week. It was so sad. He tumbled almost all the way down. I was downstairs and I heard him saying... "I'm gonna take off my slippers..." I think he must have stopped on one of the first stairs to take them off and lost his balance. Next thing I heard was him bouncing down. I made it to the bottom of the stairs to catch him. It scared us both. He's ok. But he got rug burn on his face from the carpet. Every time since then, he holds on to the rail as he walks down the stairs and reminds himself to be safe by saying, "hold on to the rail so you don't fall down", just like mommy has told him. Bless his heart.
