Winter in San Antonio!

My inspiration for this post came from Jenna's blog. Her recent post, titled "Winter in Rexburg". She shows pics and talks about what it is like to live in Idaho in the wintertime. Honestly, it's a cute post of hers. But the whole thing left me feeling, well... cold. So, I thought I'd share "Winter in San Antonio" with you. Some of you may be saying... Swimming in February??? That's right.  It's 80 something degrees here!!! This picture was taken last saturday and my kids had a ball swimming for about 4 hours that afternoon.

OOH! Not cool. It did make me laugh though. I can't believe it is that warm there. Well, I actually can. I'm a little jealous. It was a heat wave here today, right now it is 35 degrees. At school the kids were trying to sneak outside without their coats. A little girl even had on a skirt, bare legs and all. I know it sounds crazy, but it is a lot warmer than it has been. Love you sis. And miss you tons.

That just makes me so jealous! LUCKY!! I would love to come and visit you for about a month. It hit around 60 here the other day and you should have seen the flood of people outside. Everyone is just dying to be outside. It's really been nice here the past few day, I can't complain (too much).

Will you do me a favor and call me. I asked mike to text aaron and get your number, but the number I tried was wrong. I need to talk to you about a couple of things. If you don't have my number would you e-mail me yours. I lost your e-mail somehow. Thanks so much!

I thought it was getting warm here in southern utah, but you have us all beat....lucky!!!! Navey keeps asking if she can go swimming because it's sunny outside, poor thing is having a hard time understanding the weather.

I think I need to talk to Tim about moving! I love winter for about the first month. This year we have been lucky. It's been a pretty mild winter.
